HOW TO LEARN TO PLAY A GUITAR AS A BEGINNER

    Guitar is a musical instrument. It is made up of a long wooden body mostly in a T shape. It consists of different sizes of string. The guitarist has to play it from the top and the bottom where there is a hollow area. When guitarist disturbs the strings, they vibrates and produce sound that goes inside the hollow area and a rocking sound produces. Guitar is a very old musical instrument. Now, it is very common around the world. Not only the bands but also the common people have guitar at their homes. But, to play guitar is a difficult task. There are lots of important points to know to play guitar for beginners perfectly. So, here we are discussing to learn to play guitar for beginners.

    STEPS TO LEARN TO PLAY A GUITAR AS A BEGINNER

    PRECAUTIONS:-

    If you are a beginner, be aware of getting injured while playing the guitar. The strings of the guitar may cause your fingers damaged. But, your fingers will get hurt little bit in beginning.
    Just don’t keep playing the guitar the whole day. Guitar for beginners can be little bit dangerous as its strings can cause our fingers injured.

    1-HOLDING a GUITAR

    Take a guitar and hold it in such a way that its bottom is under your right arm’s elbow, can be in your lap, and its top is in your left hand. This is a perfect way to hold a guitar for beginners.

    2- TUNING THE GUITAR

    It is important to tune a guitar. The strings of a guitar are tuned from thickest to thinnest or we can say from lowest pitch to the highest pitch. The strings are named E, A, D, G, B and E. It is little bit difficult to understand and learn the notes of the guitar for beginners.

    3- PLAYING IT

    Playing guitar for beginners can be a difficult job but as you understand its mechanism, it becomes so easy for you. Your right hand’s fingers should be on the bottom part of the guitar while left hand’s fingers should be on the top part of the guitar. 
    With your index and middle finger of the right hand, disturb the strings in such a way that your fingers go downwards after touching the strings. Don’t push the strings inside or forward. Let your fingers touch the strings and go downward. A sound will be played!

    4-UNDERSTANDING THE NOTES:-

    Playing guitar regularly will let you know the notes. Means you will understand the notes that which string sounds heavier and which string sounds lighter.

    5- CONTROLLING FROM THE TOP

    While playing the guitar from the bottom, your left hand’s fingers will play the guitar from the top. After practicing daily, you will know that for what music, what string is played.

    Guitar has become a need of many people. It is a need in music field as well. Today, guitar’s music is present in almost all the songs. This musical instrument has some pros and cons as well. So here are we discussing the pros and cons of the guitar.
